Service Description
This service is an introductory consultation made available to one staff member at a Veterinary Clinic who has received a free consultation voucher. This introductory consultation will take your veterinary practice through the Behaviour Modification Consultation process using a staff members pet. This allows you to see exactly how the process works and is effective in resolving problem behaviour. You will experience the process from online booking, pre-assessment information, 60 minute Behaviour Consultation and follow up. Once your clinic staff have experienced the process they will feel confident in referring clients on to receive help, know exactly how the process works and the value of it. In the normal client process after the consultation the client will also get offered the option of having a customised Behaviour Modification Plan (BMP) prepared detailing specific instructions given during the consultation. A BMP is a detailed report and will not be provided as part of this free consultation service. If you would like a BMP prepared this will be at the standard cost.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment or change your mind refunds are not provided. You can however can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hrs prior to the start time of your appointment. This can be done yourself by logging into the Members Zone 48 hrs before your appointment.
