HERE'S HOW WE CAN HELP YOU IF YOU LIVE IN THE BRISBANE AREA:

At Animal Behaviour Australia we provide our services Australia-wide so it doesn’t matter where you live. We’ve got you covered!

It is easy to get an appointment with a Dog Behaviourist if you live in the Brisbane area, you see, here at Animal Behaviour Australia, we undertake our Dog Behaviour consultations when you are at home via video call (i.e. Zoom or Skype).

I know what you are thinking straight off the bat, how the hell would that even work when you can’t physically see my dog? Right? After more than a decade of running face to face, in-clinic consultations I was sceptical about the effectiveness of this technology too. But my experience has proven that they not only work, but we are actually getting far superior results over the limitations of traditional methods. Video-calls are more effective than in-clinic appointments or home visits for Behavioural Consultations….

THESE THREE DOG BEHAVIOUR SECRETS WILL QUICKLY CHANGE YOUR MIND:

Secret No 1 – Veterinary Clinic Behaviour Consultations:

As an Animal Behaviourist I have performed Dog Behaviour consultations in Veterinary Clinics for over a decade. The difficulty with this is that a dog’s behaviour always changes when they enter a vet clinic. Think about this, do you yourself like going into the hospital? Well, it’s the same for your dog. This can adversely affect the true analysis of your dog’s personality and behaviour. Which makes my job harder to uncover how I can help you best with your pet.

Secret No 2 – Home Visit Behaviour Consultations:

I have performed Dog Behaviour consultations in owners’ homes for well over a decade. Again, I found that your dog’s behaviour always changes when a complete stranger walks into your home. Excitable dogs get very excited and worked up, and anxious dogs get very nervous and scared. This all affects the true analysis of your innate dog’s personality and their true behaviour traits when they are relaxed, happy and comfortable. Seeming their innate personality is what is important from my point of view so that I can work out how to best help them most effectively.  This is more important than seeing the problem behaviours!

Secret No 3 – Video Call Behaviour Consultations:

When I perform Dog Behaviour consultations via video call YOUR DOGS BEHAVIOUR DOESN’T CHANGE! That’s right, you now already know this. I can see your dog when they are relaxed and with you in their home environment without them knowing I’m even there. THIS IS THE SOLE REASON WHY I DEVELOPED & FOUNDED ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR AUSTRALIA!

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE:

What I need to see is your dog’s true innate behaviour when they are relaxed at home, so that I can see their normal personality and they can tell me an awful lot about how they feel when I see them acting normally. It is really essential for me to enable to gauge what base level of anxiety your dog is dealing with on the day to day, even when they are in their most comfortable environment with you. This cannot be done nowhere near as effectively in the Veterinary Clinic or at a Home Visit Consultation. You can easily describe to me the dog behaviour problems that you are experiencing with your dog and need help with. This is the part that you know very well!

Dionna Newton, founder and lead Animal Behaviourist at Animal Behaviour Australia says “even if I lived next door to you, I would still want to do your pet’s Behaviour Consultation via videocall, as this process gets more superior results”.

HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

At Animal Behaviour Australia we are committed to rectifying the cause of your pet’s behaviour problem so that you have a problem-free pet. Dealing with symptoms alone does not rectify the underlying cause or address motivating factors resulting in your pet’s behaviour. We advise that you seek help to address the cause and symptoms by booking a Behaviour Consultation for your pet with our Animal Behaviourist. A targeted treatment plan will be provided for your particular pet and situation. Each pet and situation is different, so each plan is different. A Behaviour Consultation does not cost as much as you would expect. So, if you are looking for a Dog Behaviourist in Brisbane then please click the Book Appointment button below to book a consultation and get help for your pet.
