Refund Policy:

When you purchase downloadable content no actual items will be shipped to you. Unless specified otherwise instant downloads are delivered upon confirmation of payment and due to the nature of the product and its delivery, no refunds are offered. No refunds are available for services once you have commenced using the service or otherwise received the service. This includes physical advice, behaviour consultations, online training courses and other online services. Refunds are not provided if you change your mind on a service, this includes consultation bookings.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your appointment or change your mind refunds are not provided. You can however reschedule your appointment free of charge if more than 48 hours notice is given. This can be done yourself by logging into the Members Zone 48 hrs before your appointment. Within 48 hours of your appointment start time, rescheduling is not permitted and refunds are not provided. If you have any trouble with rescheduling your appointment please get in contact with us.

Other:

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST, except where specified otherwise.

You as the viewer, visitor, member, subscriber or customer agrees that the applicable law to be applied shall, in all cases, be that of the country and state of Animal Behaviour Australia’s registered business address.
