Refund Policy:

When you purchase downloadable content no actual items will be shipped to you. Unless specified otherwise instant downloads are delivered upon confirmation of payment and due to the nature of the product and its delivery, no refunds are offered. No refunds are available for services once you have commenced using the service or otherwise received the service. This includes physical advice, behaviour consultations, online training courses and other online services. Refunds are not provided if you change your mind on a service, this includes consultation bookings.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your appointment or change your mind refunds are not provided. You can however reschedule your appointment free of charge if more than 48 hours notice is given. Within 48 hours of your appointment start time, rescheduling is not permitted and refunds are not provided. This can be done yourself by logging into the Members Zone 48 hrs before your appointment.
