Correspondence Service - 30 Minutes:

To keeps service costs low we don't include admininstrative cost time within the Consultation service fee because not all clients require it. 
 
Examples of Administrative Time:
Clinical notes for your veterinary surgeon;
Q and A's - extended email replies;
Pre-consultation zoom meeting directly with a Behaviourist; to answer any questions you have before you proceed with booking. You'll be emailed to scehdule in a Zoom meet up;
Other; varied.
